the common symptoms of milk allergy are dyspnea, skin allergy, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. It is suggested that the following methods be used to change the diet:
(2) change the form of milk, use yogurt, condensed milk, milk powder, etc;
③ remove milk or dairy products from the diet and replace them with formula (such as milk replacer, rice paste, etc.), in which the protein comes from meat or soybean.
lactose intolerance: some people have difficulty digesting lactose in milk. This is due to the reduction or lack of lactase in these people, resulting in poor absorption of lactose. The disease has its own clinical symptoms (such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal distension), which can be divided into three types:
② secondary lactose intolerance: the damage caused by viruses, bacteria and allergens to the outer cell layer of small intestinal mucosa, so that lactase can not come out;
③ primary lactase intolerance: caused by significant decrease of lactase activity.
