“Allergy” caused by milk

milk contains lactose, while two thirds of the world’s people do not absorb lactose, and 70% of Asian yellow people do not absorb lactose. We are yellow people. Some people drink milk, but they don’t absorb much. White people absorb the most milk.

the common symptoms of milk allergy are dyspnea, skin allergy, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. It is suggested that the following methods be used to change the diet:

lactose intolerance: some people have difficulty digesting lactose in milk. This is due to the reduction or lack of lactase in these people, resulting in poor absorption of lactose. The disease has its own clinical symptoms (such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal distension), which can be divided into three types:
